Artwork & Print Information

Due to differences in screen settings and display devices, colours may vary slightly from the final printed artwork.

All artwork sizes are approximate.

Limited edition prints are produced in restricted quantities as stated within the product description.

Selected limited edition prints may be hand-signed and numbered by the artist.

UK Shipping & Delivery

We use trusted delivery services including Royal Mail, DHL, DPD, FedEx and UPS to provide reliable UK shipping.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow approximately 5 working days for delivery unless otherwise stated.

All payments must be received and authorised prior to dispatch.

International Shipping & Delivery

International shipping prices are selected using trusted courier comparison services to provide the best available delivery option.

Tracking details will be supplied upon dispatch.

Delivery delays caused by international postal services or customs procedures remain outside our control, although we will always do our best to assist.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Original Paintings Outside the UK

At present, original canvas paintings are only available for delivery within the United Kingdom.

If an international order is placed for an original canvas painting, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item.

We will assist you as quickly as possible with the replacement or claims process.

Refunds & Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Proof of purchase will be required.

Once notified, you will have a further 14 days to return the item.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs and ensuring returned items are safely packaged.

Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days following receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Discount Codes

We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel discount codes at any time.

If an order is cancelled due to an invalid or unauthorised discount code, a full refund will be issued.
